Every core service and add-on depends on the same five things. We check them before your trial starts.
- A business phone lineAn established business number: a traditional landline, a fixed VoIP line or a toll-free number. It becomes the identity for your texts, missed-call forwarding and WhatsApp, without disrupting your voice carrier. Mobile numbers aren't eligible, and if your VoIP service already sends texts, that feature has to be switched off first. Which lines qualify.
- A verified Google Business ProfileThe destination for your review invitations, the anchor for Listings Management, the source for the Review Showcase and the home of Google Business Messaging. No profile yet? Complete our C$150 setup service first.
- No change to your voice serviceYou keep your carrier, handsets, voicemail and the number on your vans and invoices. Every messaging feature overlays your current phone service; nothing is ported.
