Collect your content
We audit your current site, branding and service menus, and collect access to your domain registrar. Your copy, photos, logos and prices, prepared during the trial, are in hand.

Build on staging
We build your site on our standard layouts, with Webchat-to-SMS, the Review Showcase, booking and quote forms built in.

Review and sync
You review the staged site, with two rounds of revisions. We connect your calendar, set service times and buffers, and switch on your reminders.

Launch
We point your domain's DNS records to the new site, turn on SSL and go live, with LocalBusiness schema and an llms.txt file so AI search tools can read your services.

What the website build includes.
A clear scope keeps your launch quick. Here is what the C$497 setup covers, and what it needs from you.
The build
- Up to seven pages: Home, About Us, Services, Portfolio or Testimonials, Booking or Quote, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Proven layouts. Built on our standard, conversion-first design structures, shown to you at onboarding.
- Your content, up front. Copy, staff photos, logos and service prices are prepared during your Traction trial and provided in full before the build begins.
- Two rounds of revisions to the design and content before launch. More pages or more rounds are quoted separately before work continues.
Hosting and your domain
- Hosted on MomentumOS, with SSL included. No plugins, theme updates or security patches for you to manage.
- Your domain stays yours. It stays with your registrar, such as GoDaddy or Namecheap. We need access to point its DNS records to the new site at launch.
- Standard hosting only. A site that depends on custom databases, plugins or outside applications can't move to Velocity hosting. Tell us what it does and we'll tell you whether a custom option is possible.
- Accessibility and privacy. Clean heading structure, alt text and mobile layouts; booking and quote forms link to your privacy policy and ask for consent; texts honour STOP and ARRET. Certified accessibility audits can be quoted on request.

Straight answers.
Do I need Traction first?
Yes. To move to Velocity you must already be on Traction, have completed its 30-day trial and meet its service requirements. The trial gives time for onboarding, for foundational services such as Listings Management to be set up, and for all your website content to be prepared before the build begins.
Is there a free trial for Velocity?
The free trial is on Traction, and Velocity follows it. During your Traction trial you can request mock website designs, a site audit and a free website consultation, so you can see where your Velocity site is headed before you move up.
When does my website build start?
Once your Traction trial is complete, all your website content has been provided and the C$497 one-time setup fee is paid.
Do I have to transfer my domain?
No. Your domain stays with your registrar and in your name. We need access, temporary or delegated, to point its DNS records to the new site at launch.
What if my current site uses custom features?
Sites that depend on custom databases, plugins or outside applications can't move to standard Velocity hosting. Tell us what your site does and we'll tell you whether a custom option is possible.
How do I get changes made after launch?
Use the Site Request shortcut in the app. Two basic content updates a month are included, such as new photos, a price change or a seasonal offer. Bigger changes are quoted first.
Is the annual plan refundable?
No. Annual payments are non-refundable, and the 10% discount applies to the software subscription only, not the setup fee, usage credit or add-ons.
How is the AI Web Booking Assistant billed?
C$147 a month plus a C$300 one-time setup, and C$0.05 for each AI-generated reply, deducted from your usage credit. A reply sent by text also bills at the standard outgoing rate. We give at least 30 days' written notice before changing these rates.
